Pilot - Dave Reaville

Dave presently resides on Vancouver Island in the community of Brentwood Bay, BC with wife Kelly and two children, Kris & Lauren . He is employed as a pilot, flying Dash 8 turboprop aircraft out on Vancouver with Ace Holding's regional subsidiary, Air Canada Jazz .

He has been a member of the Victoria Radio Control Modelers Society since 1996 when he first started to fly RC. He took advantage of the help and knowledge that was freely available through his great club and with the insistence of several members was introduced to Precision Aerobatics. Having been immediately "hooked", the competitive nature of the flying was a great catalyst behind his improved flying and he has been actively competing on the West Coast in FAI for the past four years.

He represents his fellow flyers in Western Canada by contributing monthly articles to the NSRCA's K-Factor as the Canada-West VP and has been an active member of the MAAC Precision Aerobatics Committee as one of the two Pacific Zone Reps. In addition, he runs the Pattern West News website to provide information on events and news in Western Canada (British Columbia east to Manitoba). http://members.shaw.ca/patternwestnews/

Having finally made the Canadian F3A team, Dave looks forward to the challenges that await him on the world stage.
